In order to achieve the shared vision of our school community, North Star Elementary staff have made the following commitments:

• We aim to be a welcoming community where all children feel loved, respected, and encouraged to reach for the stars.

• North Star will celebrate diversity and honor what each culture brings to enhance community and instruction.

• We will show up to school each day with the intention to make a positive difference.

• We strive to work with our students and families to set and reach goals for overall success
